PublicationsThe Huronia Communities Foundation is proud to present the First Annual “Circle of Honour” Awards to recognize the philanthropic spirit in our community. The “Circle of Honour” Awards Committee is chaired by Allan Arlett – one of Canada’s first professional fundraisers and a current Board Member with Huronia Communities Foundation. In addition two dozen other community leaders volunteered to be involved in the project.
A Message from the President and Executive DirectorIn 2006-2007, we made great strides towards further fulfilling our philanthropic leadership role in the community. By encouraging philanthropy that will create permanent endowed investments, we will be able to offer long term support to the many charities we are already working with in the community. It is our role to facilitate grant giving and to increase awareness of the many ways a person can give back to the community.
